Come join Olga and Mitch for a week of practice designed to help you experience the full bandwidth of Yoga. Enjoy daily practices of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation. Immerse yourself simultaneously into nature and a community of like minded practitioners. Remove attachments, create energy and vitality, harmonise the body and mind. You will learn a balanced approach to practice that allows both growth and integration to be optimised.

Balance and Equanimity
Human being is made possible by the interplay of polarities: left and right, yin and yang, light and dark. Practice is the acquisition and application of tools that help us to navigate the fluctuating nature of life and bring our inner scales into balance regardless of external phenomena.
Balancing yang and yin asana practices, pranayamas, kriyas and meditation we’ll explore the potency of balance and harmony within the individual, so that when storms arise we take refuge in the fortress of equanimity.
Approx. daily schedule:
Coffee and fresh fruit in the morning
Morning sessions: extended yoga practice with Olga and Mitch, including Asana, Pranayama, Meditation
Brunch from 11:00 am
Afternoon sessions: workshops, restorative practices, kirtan, ..
Dinner from 07:00 pm
Vegan full board is included.
Classes are taught in English.
